Service Description

Learn beginning wheel throwing techniques, such as how to center clay and form basic shapes to create your in this five week class. Each week we will cover a different form (week 1: cups, week 2: bowls, week 3: mugs, week 4: plates and then week 5 will be glazing and practice on whichever form you need the most help with. Most participants can expect to make more than one of each form per class. Cost of the class includes the 5 weeks of instruction, a 25 lb. bag of clay, use of all tools, glazes, and firing fees. Additional bags of clay (25 lb) would be available for purchase for $25 if needed. We have 4 pottery wheels, so class size is limited to that number. Please register in advance.

Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds for workshops. If you find yourself unable to attend a workshop, please consider the following: * We require a minimum of 72 hours notice if you cannot attend your reserved workshop. With 72 hours advance notice, we will be happy to reschedule you to a different workshop. * With less than 72 hours advance notice we charge you a $30 rescheduling fee to move your reservation to a future workshop. To reschedule, please contact us 24 before the start of the class.
