OPEN STUDIO
TERMS & CONDITIONS

Open studio participants need to be independent potters who do not require instruction, as this is not a class, but a workspace rental.

 

Please understand that with any monthly membership, the hours DO NOT roll over to other months. If you need to miss a significant amount of time, please pause your membership to avoid additional charges. There will be no refunds on unused studio time. It is your responsibility to cancel your membership if you no longer wish to participate in Open Studio.

If you have problems cancelling, please reach out immediately.

 

Clay must be purchased at Sunshine Sunflower Studio for consistency in firing and glazing compatibility. Current cost is $35/25 lb bag.

 

Participants may come in during regular hours to use the studio as long as no full class is running in the studio. Participants may work in a different studio if desired. (For example, if a wheel class is running, you may use that time for glazing.)

 

We will be keeping a sign in/out sheet for open studio in case of emergency. Please sign in each visit.

Participants must clean up after themselves and keep the studio tidy.
