Service Description

Mixing Glaze Cocktails is an introductory course on making ceramic glazes. Join Mark on Wednesdays 5/22-6/19 to learn the basics of what makes the final surface treatment on ceramics come to life. You will learn how to make your own ceramics glaze cocktail that you can test out on any pottery you’ve made or on test tiles that you make in this class. This course is also designed so that you will have something tangible to take home when the course is over. While learning how to make your glaze cocktails for your pottery, you will also be able to enjoy your own cocktails/mocktails to give you the liquid courage to explore the exciting world of making ceramic glazes!!! (BYOB only) Respirator mask recommended, but not required. N95 masks will be provided for participants' safety so you are not inhaling the raw chemicals.

Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds for workshops. If you find yourself unable to attend a workshop, please consider the following: * We require a minimum of 72 hours notice if you cannot attend your reserved workshop. With 72 hours advance notice, we will be happy to reschedule you to a different workshop. * With less than 72 hours advance notice we charge you a $30 rescheduling fee to move your reservation to a future workshop. To reschedule, please contact us 24 before the start of the class.
