Sit back, relax and join us to watch Loving Vincent while painting your own pre-made ceramic sunflower spoon rest with glazes. Loving Vincent is a 2017 biographical animated drama film that explores the life and controversial death of painter Vincent van Gogh. Set one year after his death, the story follows a young man named Armand Roulin who sets out to deliver the artist's final letter. It is recognized as the world's first fully painted feature film. Every single frame of the movie was hand-painted with oil paints in the distinct style of Vincent van Gogh.Over 100 artists worked for years to create the tens of thousands of individual painted frames that bring Van Gogh’s actual artworks to motion. Please note the film is rated PG-13 in case you are planning to bring young children. Spoon rest measures 9" L x 5" W x 1" H. After glazing, they will need to be kiln fired and will be ready for pick up in 2-3 weeks. Spoon rest will be food safe, but hand wash only. Price is per participant. All materials, and firing fees are included. Adults 21+ can BYOB if desired.
